Acid Mines celebrates certain holidays throughout the year.

Easter, Halloween and XMas will all have large events which usually occur for around 2 weeks during the holiday time.
These events will always give out a new trading card which can only be obtained during that time of year.

Some smaller holidays also have special items associated with them. Special items can be collected from spawn. Some examples for this are New Years, Australia Day, ANZAC Day, Star Wars Day, Independence Day.
